Fees are paid in advance through our secure payment partner, Cashfree Payments. This policy explains when a fee is refunded.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule free of charge up to 1 hour before your appointment by WhatsApp or call on +91 98203 51533.

When the fee is refunded in full

• The clinic cancels your appointment, or the doctor is unavailable. You may choose a full refund or a free new slot.
• You were charged twice for the same appointment. The extra payment is refunded.
• Money was debited but the payment failed or was not received by the clinic.
• The doctor could not hold your online consultation. The refund is approved by Dr. Foram Kothari Shah.
• Any other case in which Dr. Foram Kothari Shah directs a refund.

When the fee is not refunded

• You cancel less than 1 hour before the appointment.
• You do not join or attend the appointment (no show).
• The consultation took place. A prescription is given only when the doctor finds it clinically appropriate, and a fee is not refunded because a prescription or a particular medicine was not given.

How to ask for a refund

Send your name, appointment date and payment ID on WhatsApp to +91 98203 51533 or email drforam21@gmail.com within 7 days of the payment.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method (UPI, card or net banking) within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show the credit.
