Privacy Policy
Your personal and health information is kept confidential and used only for your care, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Name, age, gender, mobile number and area or pincode.
- Your symptoms, medical history, medicines, allergies and any reports you share.
- Appointment and payment details (amount and payment ID). Card and bank details are handled only by Cashfree Payments.
How we use it
- To book and confirm appointments and send reminders.
- To prepare for and carry out your consultation, and to issue prescriptions and receipts.
- To send medicine reminders and follow-up messages for your treatment.
Who processes it for us
We use trusted service providers only to run the clinic's services: a WhatsApp messaging provider, the Cashfree payment gateway, email, and automation and AI tools that organise your history for the doctor. AI tools do not diagnose or prescribe. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising to others.
Family members
Health updates are shared with family members only with the patient's consent.
How long we keep it
Medical records are kept for as long as medical record rules require, and then deleted.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent for messages, by writing to drforam21@gmail.com. Records the law requires us to keep cannot be deleted before that period ends.
